Outre le forum sur la sécurité alimentaire tenu en avril 2001 par le Ceraaf et rapporté dans Phytoma-LdV n° 539 de juin 2001, six autres événements sont évoqués dans cet article.
A l'automne 2000 ce sont le « Train de la qualité » Sopra et le « Forum qualité des céréales » Bayer. En février 2001 c'est la table-ronde « Cultivons la qualité » de Novartis. En mai, « Production raisonnée et contractualisation » du Club Protection raisonnée d'Aventis a précédé « Maîtriser la qualité » de l'UNCAA.
En juin les journées de l'ITCF ont accueilli des conférences sur le maintien de la qualité au silo et sur les attentes qualité des acheteurs, ainsi que le lancement officiel de Qualigrain. Besides the food safety forum held by the Ceraaf in April 2001 and already covered by Phytoma-LdV (n° 539, June 2001), six other events are dealt with in this article. Autumn 2000 saw the arrival of Sopra's « Quality Train » followed by a « Cereal Quality Forum » organised by Bayer. In February 2001, a round-table session entitled « Let's grow Quality » was organised by Novartis. Then, in May of that year the Integrated Protection Club at Novartis dealt with « Contractual Agreements for Integrated Production », just before the UNCAA's contribution, « Controlling Quality ». In June, the actions organised by the ITCF included conferences on maintaining in-silo quality and the quality expectations of purchasers, as well as the official launch of Qualigrain.
