Fruit and wine quality can be damaged by Botrytis sp., Penicillium expansum, Aspergillus carbonarius and Trichothecium roseum . An in vitro assessment of IC50 germinative and mycelium growth was carried out on these fungi for the main botryticides of the market. The botryticide activity of these fungicides is confirmed. However, important differences in the level of activity were brought to light. The active ingredients cyprodinil, fludioxonil and fluazinam present high levels of activity against all the tested fungi. These findings allow one to foresee the development of practical solutions for vineyards. The assessed references present a tighter spectrum or even a specific botryticide activity.
