La présence en France de Aonidiella citrina (Coquillett), insecte de quarantaine pour l'UE, est rapportée pour la première fois.
Cette cochenille à bouclier a été trouvée sur Citrus sinensis et Citrus reticulata à Menton et sur Citrus aurantium à Antibes.

The presence in France of Aonidiella citrina(Coquillett) is reported for the first time. This scale has been identified on Citrus sinensis (Menton, French Riviera) and on Citrus aurantium (Antibes, French Riviera). Informations are given on the repartition, host-plants, biology, morphologic characteristics and phytosanitary risk.
