Un inventaite de la flore en milieu urbain a été réalisé en France en 2003, afin de mieux connaî-tre la flore des terrains urbains concernés par les usages dits « PJT », pour pouvoir raisonner leur désherbage en fonction des différentes flores.
357 stations ont été inventoriées dans 44 villes, de mars à juillet 2003. On a analysé les résultats en fonction de quatre zones géographiques, de neuf types de site et de trois catégories de revêtement.
457 espèces sont recensées, dont 145 représentent 90 % de l'effectif global et 25 pèsent 50 % de l'effectif global ; il y a des tendances par zone géographique (différence nord/sud), par type de site et de revêtement (biodiversité et espèces dominantes). An inventory of the flora of urban environments was carried out in France in 2003, with the objective of increasing awareness of the flora of urban amenities, so as to adapt weed control to adapt to the existing flora.
The inventory covered 357 points in 44 towns between March and July 2003. The results were analysed in relation to four geographical zones, nine site types and three surface categories.
457 species were identified, 25 of which accounted for 50 % of the overall population; there are clear trends in terms of geographical location (north/south differences), site type and surface (biodiversity and dominant species).
