Dans le Nord-Pas-de-Calais, le SRPV a mis en place un réseau agrométéorologique avec divers partenaires, chacun propriétaire d'une ou plusieurs stations météorologiques. Tous mettent en commun les données obtenues.
Le réseau est actuellement riche de 25 stations. Il bénéficie d'une télémaintenance par l'intermédiaire d'un système piloté par une unité nationale gérée par une FREDON. Le SRPV Nord-Pas-de-Calais contrôle physiquement le bon état des stations et assure le remplacement des capteurs chaque fois que nécessaire.
Tout cela fait du réseau un outil performant pour le conseil au service de l'agriculture raisonnée, notamment la protection de la pomme de terre contre le mildiou. In the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of northern France, the Regional Plant Protection Service (SRPV) has established an agro-meteorological network with a group of partners, each of whom is the owner of one or more weather stations. All agree to pool the data recorded from their stations.
The network is currently made up of 25 stations. All benefit from a remote maintenance programme which is managed by a system steered by a national unit. The Nord-Pas-de-Calais SRPV carries out physical controls of the stations in order to check that they are working correctly and to change sensors whenever necessary.
The network is a powerful tool for providing advice and recommendations for those practising integrated farming, especially as far as the protection of potatoes against late blight is concerned.
